The challenge

The business runs on a set of spreadsheets that one person understands. Every new client, product or branch makes the gap wider.

Off-the-shelf software fits about seventy percent of the process — and the remaining thirty percent is the part that makes the business work.

How we approach it

A1

Document the real process

As performed, not as described in the manual.

A2

Decide build versus buy

Honestly, in writing, before anyone writes code.

A3

Build the core, integrate the rest

Custom where it differentiates, bought where it does not.

A4

Migrate with a verifiable trail

Every migrated record traceable back to its source.

How delivery runs

The same four phases, whatever we are building.

  1. 012–3 weeks

    Discovery

We map your current process, users and constraints, then define scope in writing.

  2. 022–4 weeks

    Design

Interface and data design, reviewed with the people who will use the system daily.

  3. 036 weeks+

    Build

Delivery in two-week increments, each one testable, with progress visible throughout.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Launch & support

Deployment, training and documentation, then optional support at a level you choose.

What you get

Core system
The operational logic specific to your business.
Integrations
Connections to the accounting and tooling you keep.
Migration
Data moved with a reconciliation report you can check.
Access
Roles and permissions matching how the team actually works.
Reporting
Operational views for the people who make decisions.
Documentation
Written for the next team, not for us.

What changes

The critical thirty percent

Gets built properly instead of worked around.

Knowledge in the system

Not in one person's spreadsheet.

One operational truth

Reconciliation stops being a weekly task.

Room to grow

A new branch or product line is configuration, not a rebuild.

Questions

About this work specifically.

General questions about scope, ownership and timelines are answered on the resources page.

Usually both. We will tell you which parts of your process are genuinely distinctive and worth building, and which are standard and should be bought. Recommending you buy something is a normal outcome of discovery.

It is the highest-risk part of the project, so we treat it as one. Migration runs repeatedly against a copy, produces a reconciliation report each time, and is only cut over when the numbers match.

Tell us what you need built.

We reply within two working days with honest scope and next steps — including when we are not the right fit.
