Discovery takes two to three weeks. A focused system — a dashboard, an internal tool, a website — is usually six to twelve weeks after that. Larger platforms run in phases, with something usable at the end of each phase rather than one delivery at the end.

You do. Source code, documentation, cloud accounts and data remain your property, handed over as part of delivery. We do not lock clients into hosting or licences they cannot leave.

Yes — most of our work involves integrating with software that is already in place rather than replacing it. Where an existing system has no API, we build the integration layer around it.

Both, honestly. We build custom models and agent workflows where they earn their cost, and we integrate established providers where that is the sensible choice. We will tell you which one your problem needs.

Yes. We offer a maintenance and support retainer, and we train your team so you are not dependent on it. Either arrangement is written into the contract, not assumed.

Yes. We supply the documentation, security information and formal quotations procurement processes require, and we can work through a local partner where regulations call for one.
