We hire rarely, and we tell you honestly where we are.
We are a small senior team. When we do open a role, it is because there is specific work waiting, not to grow headcount.
You would work directly with the people who make the decisions, on systems that go into ministries, NGOs and businesses that depend on them. Ownership is real and so is the consequence of getting it wrong.
The trade-off is equally real: we are early stage, there is limited structure, and we cannot match the benefits of a large company. If you need an established ladder and a defined specialism, this is not the right place yet.
Where we are today.
No open roles
We are not hiring at the moment.
Four steps, and the exercise is paid. Asking candidates to work for free is a cost we would rather carry ourselves.
- Introduce yourself — a short message and something you have built.
- A paid short exercise, close to the work you would actually do.
- A conversation with the people you would work with.
- A decision within two weeks, either way.
Introduce yourself.
Tell us what you have built and what you want to work on. We read everything, and we reply.
